Sch\u00e4digungsmechanismen begrenzt \u2013 die elektrochemische Sauerstoffkorrosion von Stahl sowie belastungsbedingte Materialerm\u00fcdung. Der aktive anodische Teilprozess der Korrosion kann bei Betonst\u00e4hlen schnell zu hohem Materialabtrag \u2013 einhergehend mit signifikanten Querschnittsverlusten \u2013 f\u00fchren, was zur Gef\u00e4hrdung der Standsicherheit und im Extremfall zu Bauteilversagen f\u00fchren kann. Die Untersuchung von elektrochemischen Korrosionsprozessen ist schon seit Jahrzehnten ein Forschungsschwerpunkt des ibac. Hierzu stehen zahlreiche Untersuchungsmethoden, Messapparaturen, und Pr\u00fcfaufbauten gepaart mit langj\u00e4hrigen Erfahrungen zur Verf\u00fcgung, wodurch sowohl standardisierte Untersuchungen als auch individuell entwickelte Pr\u00fcfprogramme durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr die Untersuchung von Erm\u00fcdungserscheinungen stehen am ibac ebenfalls verschiedene Pr\u00fcfeinrichtungen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Sowohl die Pr\u00fcfung der dynamischen (zyklischen) Beanspruchbarkeit von Pr\u00fcfk\u00f6rpern \u00fcber die Ermittlung der Dauerschwingfestigkeit, wie auch Untersuchungen zum Materialverhalten bei dauerhaften Belastungen werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig durchgef\u00fchrt. Aktueller Forschungsgegenstand ist die kombinierte Einwirkung von Dauerschwingbelastungen auf korrosionsgesch\u00e4digte St\u00e4hle. Hierzu wird gegenw\u00e4rtig die zurzeit st\u00e4rkste Gro\u00dflastresonanzpr\u00fcfmaschine der Welt mit 1,5 MN Amplitude f\u00fcr die Untersuchung des Dauerschwingverhaltens von Stahlbetonverbundpr\u00fcfk\u00f6rpern beschafft. Die Finanzierung erfolgt \u00fcber das Programm \u201cGro\u00dfger\u00e4te der L\u00e4nder\u201d der DFG und ist derzeit im Daher zielen derzeitige Forschungsarbeiten auf die Identifizierung der ma\u00dfgeblichen Einflussgr\u00f6\u00dfen dieses Kennwerts. Generell kann es in Trennrissen aufgrund der direkten Chlorideinwirkung auf den Bewehrungsstahl im Rissbereich und der ung\u00fcnstigen Fl\u00e4chenverh\u00e4ltnisse zwischen Anode und Kathode schnell zu hohen Querschnittsverlusten am Bewehrungsstahl kommen, sodass die Standsicherheit unmittelbar gef\u00e4hrdet ist. Die k\u00fcrzlich abgeschlossenen Forschungsaktivit\u00e4ten am ibac befassen sich mit dem Korrosionsverhalten in Trennrissen nach kurzzeitiger Chlorideinwirkung \u00fcber eine Winterperiode \u2013 vor und nach der Rissbehandlung durch vollst\u00e4ndiges Verpressen mit Polyurethan unter Laborbedingungen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen einen starken R\u00fcckgang der Korrosionsgeschwindigkeiten auf ein technisch tolerierbares Niveau. Die \u00dcbertragbarkeit auf baupraktische Verh\u00e4ltnisse, unter denen eine vollst\u00e4ndige Rissverf\u00fcllung nur schwierig zu erreichen ist, muss zuk\u00fcnftig eingehend untersucht Bereiche<\/b><\/p><p>Ziel der Forschung ist die Modellierung der aktiven chloridinduzierten Korrosionsphase bei der chloridinduzierten Korrosion von Stahl in Beton. Basierend auf 8 Pr\u00fcfserien mit insgesamt 120 Pr\u00fcfk\u00f6rpern wird der Einfluss spezifischer Randbedingungen auf die zeitliche Entwicklung freier Korrosionspotentiale, Polarisationswiderst\u00e4nde sowie ausgesuchter geometrischer Kennwerte der anodisch aktiven Teilbereiche \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von mehreren Jahren untersucht. Zur Auswertung der Korrosionssch\u00e4digung kam hier erstmals ein neues Verfahren basierend auf der optischen Triangulation mit strukturiertem Streifenlicht zum Einsatz. Hierdurch k\u00f6nnen pr\u00e4zise dreidimensionale Modelle der gesch\u00e4digten Stahlproben digitalisiert und rechnerbasiert ausgewertet hergestellt, gelagert und in hohen St\u00fcckzahlen untersucht werden m\u00fcssen, um der gegebenen Heterogenit\u00e4t des Baustoffs Rechnung zu tragen. Wichtige Einflussparameter auf den Korrosionsprozess wie z.B. die Geometrie der Bewehrung oder die Betondeckung k\u00f6nnen dabei jedoch in der Regel nicht oder nur unzureichend im Versuch abgebildet werden. Hier hat sich die numerische Simulation zu einem wertvollen Hilfsmittel zur \u00dcbertragung von Laborergebnissen auf baupraktisch relevante Bauteilgeometrien der Bauteilgeometrie auf die Makroelementkorrosion<\/b><\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">Die Forschungsarbeiten zielen auf die Untersuchung des Einflusses geometrischer Randbedingungen auf den resultierenden Makroelementstrom bei der chloridinduzierten Korrosion von Stahl in Beton. Die Untersuchungen erfolgen hierbei nicht ausschlie\u00dflich durch Laborpr\u00fcfungen, sondern zus\u00e4tzlich durch numerische Simulationen. Die Laborversuchsk\u00f6rper decken dabei praxisrelevante Geometrien ab und dienen dazu, die Modellrechnungen zu verifizieren. Gegen\u00fcbergestellt werden dabei nicht nur gemessener und berechneter Makroelementstrom, sondern auch die jeweiligen Polarisationen der einzelnen Elektroden.
