class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Ermittlung der vorhandenen Betondeckung, der Lage der Bewehrung und der vorhan\u00addenen Stabdurchmesser ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Bauwerksdiagnose. Bei Neu\u00adbauten dient die zerst\u00f6rungsfreie Feststellung dieser Parameter vorwiegend der Qualit\u00e4ts\u00adkontrolle der Bauausf\u00fchrung. Bei Bestandsbauten ist die Kenntnis dieser Parameter beispiels\u00adweise zur Berechnung von vorhandenen Tragf\u00e4higkeitsreserven, zur Planung und Durch\u00adf\u00fch\u00adrung von Instandsetzungsma\u00dfnahmen und zur Absch\u00e4tzung der Restlebens\u00addauer er\u00adfor\u00adderlich. Zu diesem Zwecke wenden wir das Messprinzip des magnetischen Wechselfeldverfahrens an, welches auf der Funktionsweise eines Transformators beruht: An der Erregerspule wird eine Wechselspannung angelegt, so dass in der Empf\u00e4ngerspule eine Induktionsspannung erzeugt wird. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der induzierten Spannung ist dabei abh\u00e4ngig von dem Anteil und dem Abstand magnetisierbarem Materials im direkten Umfeld.<\/p><p>Nach vorheriger Kalibrierung im eisenfreien Raum kann so bei bekanntem Durchmesser auf die Dicke der Betondeckung geschlossen werden. Bei bekannter Beton\u00addeckung ist auch eine Absch\u00e4tzung der Stabdurchmesser m\u00f6glich. Diese Werte sollten jedoch immer durch eine stichprobenartige \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung mittels Sondierungs\u00f6ffnungen abgesichert Wird an der Oberfl\u00e4che der Bewehrung ein kritischer Chloridgehalt erreicht, kommt es zur Depassivierung der Bewehrung und es k\u00f6nnen sich hierdurch lokale Potentialunterschiede von mehreren 100\u00a0mV einstellen. Liegen f\u00fcr die Korrosion g\u00fcnstige Randbedingungen vor (ausreichend geringer Betonwiderstand, ausreichend Sauerstoff an der Kathode, etc.), kommt es in den Bereichen mit den niedrigsten Potentialen zur anodischen Teilreaktion mit entsprechender Querschnittsreduzierung der Bewehrung. Insbesondere bei einer Chloridbelastung, wie sie z.B. bei regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Tausalzbeaufschlagung im Winter vorkommt, kann es verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig schnell zu kritischen Querschnittsverlusten kommen. Die \u00f6rtliche Verteilung des Potentials ist somit ein Indiz f\u00fcr die Depassivierung und somit die Korrosionsgef\u00e4hrdung. Die Potentialfeldmessung ist ein anerkanntes Verfahren zur Veranschaulichung der Potentialverteilung.<\/p><p>Die Messung erfolgt \u00fcblicherweise durch Aufnahme eines orthogonalen Messrasters mit 15 bis 50\u00a0cm Messlinienabstand. Dazu werden bei fl\u00e4chigen Bauteilen Ein- oder Mehrradelektroden, bei St\u00fctzen oder aufgehenden Bauteilen Stabelektroden eingesetzt.<\/p><p>Auf Basis der Ergebnisse k\u00f6nnen vor Ort Stellen Bei derart hohen pH-Werten bildet sich auf der Stahloberfl\u00e4che eine Passivschicht (oder auch Oxidschicht) aus, die eine anodische Eisenaufl\u00f6sung nahezu vollst\u00e4ndig verhindert. Sinkt der hohe pH-Wert des Betons infolge von Karbonati\u00adsierung auf Werte unter pH\u00a09, ist der Korrosionsschutz des Bewehrungsstahls nicht mehr ge\u00adgeben.<\/p><p>Die Bestimmung der Karbonatisierungstiefe erfolgt an einer frisch herzustellenden Beton\u00adbruchfl\u00e4che, die mit einer Indikatorl\u00f6sung (Phenolphthalein) benetzt wird. Im nicht karbo\u00adnatisierten Bereich der Bruchfl\u00e4che f\u00fchrt der Indikator zu einer Violettf\u00e4rbung des Betons. Unterhalb einem pH-Wert von ca. 9, also im karbonatisierten Beton, bleibt der Indikator farblos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
