As always, the \n150 participants, the conference provided an excellent opportunity for the \nexchange between researchers from academia and industry.\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From\n of the 40 or so papers submitted, 21 presentations were selected from the \nSustainable Chemistry\", \"Corrosion and Durability\", \n\"Polymeric Materials\", \"New Binders\" and \"Special Building Materials\". \nwere selected. Three plenary lectures presented current issues in research in the field of \nresearch in building chemistry. Prof. Dr. Michael Raupach (RWTH \nAachen) reported on \"Challenges for the building materials of tomorrow\". \nProf. Nikol \u017di\u017ekova (University of Brno) on \"Possibilities of using by-products to reduce \nusing by-products to reduce CO2 emissions during the production of \npolymer-modified mortars\" and Dr. Ena Lloret-Fritschi (ETH Zurich) on the \nthe \"Digital fabrication house and challenges of smart dynamic casting \nin 1:1 production\".\n\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vom 30. September bis 2. Oktober 2019 fand die Jahrestagung der GDCh-Fachgruppe Bauchemie im Eurogress in Aachen statt. Wie immer bot die Tagung mit ca. 150 Teilnehmern eine hervorragende Gelegenheit zum Austausch von Forschenden aus dem akademischen und industriellen Umfeld.
