Supported by the Institutes of Solid Construction and Building Materials Research, the concrete canoe team is now starting preparations for the 17th German Concrete Canoe Regatta in June 2019. This year's squad consists of ten RWTH students who will build a concrete canoe over the course of the next few months and compete with it in a sporting event with canoeists from other European universities. The concept of the PinguING team and the progress of the project work can be followed at www.pinguing.de.
